Welcome to Educhat! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of edu.chat and the services offered therein, including our AI chatting application (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Educhat provides a SaaS-based AI chatting application designed to aid users in enhancing their coding skills through interactive chat using conversational AI powered by OpenAI.

3. Registration and Account

You may be required to register an account to use some features of the Service. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Usage Guidelines

You must use the Service for educational purposes only. Any misuse, including, but not limited to, malicious intents or spamming will lead to termination of your access.

Educhat, its logo, and all related marks are the property of Educhat. OpenAI and its related marks are the property of OpenAI. Unauthorized use of any Educhat trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Educhat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Modifications to Terms

Educhat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

Educhat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that Educhat believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Educhat, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Privacy

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflicts of law rules. All disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
